About Us

Avon Tax Associates was born from the desire to provide added value to the clients we have at Avon Insurance Associates. We determined that we needed a synergistic business offering which would build on the trust we already established with our insurance clients and others. We wanted a business that would be beneficial to them and to us. Avon Tax Associates is that offering, by doing business and individual income tax preparation. Our thought was our clientele learned to trust us with their business and personal protection, so why not with their tax preparation, as well.

The staff preparing your taxes are certified through the IRS. They keep current with the tax laws and other changes that occur yearly. We require our preparers to have 18 hours minimum of continuing education annually to keep abreast of the never-ending changes that the Internal Revenue Service creates. Additionally, to keep us on track, we are part of a group of dedicated professionals through Federal Direct Tax Services. The resources they have are available to us should we be confronted with the most complex tax return.
